By using LexiTrust, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you must stop using our services immediately.
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LexiTrust ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
THE GIST:
Keep your account secure. You are fully responsible for any activity that happens under your password.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.
3. Privacy & Data Handling
THE GIST:

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will LexiTrust, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
